The Tokina 25-75mm T2.9 (Sony E) is a cinema zoom lens that covers Super 35 and larger formats, up to a 36mm image circle. It is compatible with cameras such as the RED Helium 8K, RED Dragon 6K, RED Monstro 6K, and Alexa LF in 4K UHD, as well as select Canon, Blackmagic Design, and Panasonic cameras in 4K DCI or 4K UHD. This parfocal lens maintains focus throughout the zoom range. It offers a constant T2.9 aperture, low focus breathing, and minimal distortion.
The lens features focus, aperture, and zoom rings, all with standard 0.8 MOD cine-style gears for use with follow focus systems. It has a common 95mm front diameter for use with professional matte boxes and an 86mm filter thread size. Its lens mount is interchangeable with the separately available Canon EF, MFT, and Sony E mounts.
