The Fujifilm XF 18mm F1.4 R LM WR is a compact and lightweight 27mm equivalent wide-angle prime lens, ideal for everyday use. It’s well-suited for documentaries, travel, landscapes, nature, architectural photography, and even astrophotography. Its bright F1.4 maximum aperture allows you to work in challenging lighting conditions, and its 9-blade rounded diaphragm produces beautiful bokeh. Its optical design includes three aspherical elements and one ED element to minimize distortion and spherical aberration, resulting in optimal sharpness and accurate rendering. A Super EBC coating is also used to control flare and ghosting, improving contrast and color fidelity when working in bright and backlit conditions. The lens incorporates a linear autofocus motor and an internal focusing design, delivering fast and exceptionally quiet focusing performance. It is weatherproof and has an opening ring with an « A » position lock for use in automatic exposure control.
