Description
The Canon RF 2x Extender extends the reach of certain Canon RF-mount lenses. It magnifies the image by 2x while maintaining full communication between the lens and camera body, enabling metering, autofocus, image stabilization, and Exif data transmission. It is also dust and water resistant and features an external heat shield to ensure optimal performance in all conditions.
The Canon RF 2x Extender is compatible with the Canon RF 100-500mm F4.5-7.1 L IS USM (300-500mm only), RF 600mm F11 IS STM, and RF 800mm F11 IS STM lenses.
