The Smallrig 4184 Cage Kit is a modular and professional solution designed for Sony FX30 and Sony FX3 cameras , incorporating a U-shaped cage, a top slider , and an XLR handle with ergonomic accessories for a smooth, stable, and fully customizable shooting experience.

Designed with a modular approach, this kit adapts perfectly to different shooting styles while maintaining full compatibility with Sony’s original XLR audio handle (by removing the top slider). It features numerous mounting points, including 1/4-20 threaded holes, ARRI positioning holes, a NATO rail , and a cold shoe mount, allowing for the attachment of magic arms, handles, microphones, monitors, and other accessories.

The base is equipped with an Arca-Swiss compatible quick release plate , suitable for DJI RS stabilizers (RS 2 / RS 3), Arca-Swiss tripods, and also integrates wrist strap attachment points and an integrated magnetic tool for quick installation.

Designed for comfort and durability, the Smallrig 4184 Cage Kit includes an XLR handle extension, a wrist strap, a dedicated HDMI clamp, and an articulated arm at the battery compartment for improved grip with your little finger.
