Introducing the AJA 12G-AMA
The AJA 12G-AMA is an analog audio integrator/disintegrator with 12G-SDI input and output, supporting up to UHD 4K60/DCI 4K60. It also features an SPF slot where SPFs such as the AJA FIBERLC-TR-12G can be retrofitted to support single-mode fiber I/O with LC or ST connectors. The converter has a 25-pin port for an included breakout cable, providing 4-channel XLR audio input and output. The audio disintegration function is always active. User-selectable audio integration, based on a channel pair, can either transmit the 12G-SDI audio input or integrate the analog audio input from the breakout cable. Analog audio levels are also selectable. The converter interacts with the AJA Mini-Config software via a USB connection. The application is compatible with PC and Mac and is available for free download on the AJA website.
