The Blackmagic 2110 IP UpDownCross 12G is a universal standards converter designed for modern broadcast environments. It supports conversion between SDI 12G, HDMI 2.0 , and IP SMPTE 2110, while ensuring compatibility with SD, HD, Ultra HD, and 4K DCI signals up to 60 frames per second. With its comprehensive connectivity, reference input, redundant power supplies , and USB-C webcam output, it integrates seamlessly into any IP production and broadcast workflow.
This highly flexible converter supports 16 built-in audio channels, monitoring via a color LCD screen, and includes a -panel speaker and headphone output . Configuration is done via the screen, 10G Ethernet, or the USB-C port.
A complete gateway between SDI, HDMI and IP
Thanks to its 10G SMPTE 2110 Ethernet port, the Blackmagic 2110 IP UpDownCross 12G allows the ingest or broadcast of uncompressed IP signals with full support for the PTP (Precision Time Protocol), NMOS IS-04 and IS-05 protocols. It is therefore perfectly suited to the ST 2110 used in modern IP control rooms.
It also offers an HDMI 2.0 output, two 12G SDI outputs, an SDI loop output, as well as a USB-C webcam output up to 1080p60, ideal for video conferencing or streaming.
