The Blackmagic Design Micro Converter HDMI to SDI 3G is a converter with a rugged, miniaturized design, making it small enough to be used virtually anywhere. It’s ideal for connecting HDMI cameras and computers to professional SDI equipment. It features two 3G-SDI outputs that can be set to either Level A or Level B formats. It supports cinematic video formats, including 1080p24, 1080p47.95, and 1080p48.
It features a USB port for power, as well as the ability to change settings via the conversion utility on Mac and Windows. Thanks to its USB port, you can power it from TVs or laptops. It even includes LEDs for power and video status. You can also purchase Blackmagic micro-converters with an AC power supply that includes four adapters for international use.
