Introducing the Advanced Ring Grip

Add stability and control to your DJI RS 2 handheld gimbal stabilizer for smooth, stable, and creative shots with Tilta’s Advanced Ring Grip. The advanced ring grip lets you hold your gimbal from almost any angle on all four sides, providing stability, reducing arm strain, and enabling two-handed operation when shooting for extended periods. It also allows you to control your gimbal and camera directly from the left and right power handles and add a variety of other accessories to your rig.

There are several mounting points around the stabilizer ring for attaching accessories, battery plates to power the gimbal, or a tracking focuser such as the Tilta Nucleus-Nano. You can also move the gimbal’s battery handle to the top of the ring to use it as a top handle. The right control handle includes a focus wheel that can be used to control your camera via the gimbal’s camera control port, and the left handle has a joystick for controlling the camera’s focus, iris, and zoom functions, as well as gimbal movement. The included wireless receiver allows you to control wireless focus motors such as the DJI Wireless Focus Motor. Each side handle requires a separately available 18650 battery to operate.

The stabilizer ring includes an integrated kickstand, so you can place your rig on a surface for static shots or when not in use. The gimbal breaks down into four parts for transport and storage.
