The Canon EOS C300 Mark III camera comes with the EF mount by default, making it compatible with over 90 current EF and Cinema EF lenses. However, it is also possible to install the EF mount with Cinema Lock (CM-V1) and Lever Lock, or the standard PL mount (PM-V1). Lens mounts are user-interchangeable for maximum versatility.
