Description
The DMON-4S Decimator offers four independent mini HDMI outputs capable of outputting any of the four 3G/HD/SD-SDI inputs or creating a composite display from all four inputs. The DMON-4S SD/HD/3G-SDI to HDMI converter with Quad Multi-Viewer functionality allows you to convert four different SDI streams to four independent mini HDMI outputs or combine the SDI inputs into a single quad-split HDMI output. The unit supports SD/HD/3G-SDI formats with automatic signal detection, and the built-in LCD screen and button controls allow you to configure your output options without using DIP switches or connecting the unit to a computer.
For example, you can use this converter to:
- have four independent SDI to HDMI converters
- to have three SDI to HDMI converters with a quad-split HDMI output
- have two SDI to HDMI converters with transparent outputs
- have an SDI input or Quad-split to 4 HDMI outputs
Inputs 2 and 4 can be individually configured to provide transparent signals from inputs 1 and 2 respectively.
Quad-split mode allows selection of audio channels from any input.
