Decimator’s MD-Cross HDMI/SDI converter is an evolution of the already highly regarded MD-DUCC, a high-quality multi-format converter. It offers the following four conversion modes:
HDMI to SDI with simultaneous SDI to HDMI conversion
HDMI to HDMI with simultaneous SDI to SDI conversion
HDMI to SDI and HDMI to SDI andHDMI

It boasts the exact same up/down cross processing and conversion capabilities as the MD-DUCC, allowing upscaling of the HDMI or SDI input with frequency conversion according to the desired output standard. The MD-Cross model is truly compact and incorporates a new control system for settings via a small LCD display and navigation buttons. This provides full access to all features without needing a computer. No more wasting time configuring micro-switches or having to carry a laptop to use your converter.

The MD-Cross’s built-in test pattern generator supports 26 output formats with 54 test patterns. It features an HDMI output, a loop-through via the SDI output, and two pairs of 3G-SDI outputs, controllable through fourteen conversion modes, providing a variety of options to suit your needs. This converter requires no computer or DIP switches for control, as it incorporates a small LCD screen for menu functions and four control buttons. It comes with a power supply and power cord to prevent accidental power loss during operation.
