The Wooden Camera LW 15mm Baseplate (Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro) is a quick-release baseplate that provides lightweight 15mm rod support at the correct lens height. The 15mm rods pass from front to back and have two locking screws on each side. The baseplate releases in two ways, giving the user the option of attaching the lightweight 15mm rods or leaving them behind. It incorporates a standard ARCA Swiss-style dovetail with a 3/8″-16 screw and a pin for mounting to the bottom of the camera.
The base plate supports optional 15mm LWS rods at the correct lens height for the 6K Pro, and there are locking levers on the front and rear, allowing you to mount rods to the front and/or rear of the plate. The Arca-style plate includes a 3/8″-16 camera mounting screw, rubber padding to protect your camera from scratches or twisting, and a 15mm vertical rod port for incorporating the optional lens bracket or lens adapter.
