The IDX EC-J198/4X2 is a complete power solution for audiovisual professionals, combining two IDX CUE-J198 batteries and an IDX VL-4X charger. This kit is designed to provide reliable and high-performance power to cameras, production monitors, portable lighting, and audio equipment requiring a power source via V-Mount or D-Tap.
The CUE-J198 batteries offer a 190Wh capacity and support charging currents up to 14A / 156W . They feature an 80W D-Tap output , ideal for directly powering various accessories. Additionally, a 4-level LED indicator allows for easy monitoring of the charging status.
The IDX VL-4X charger stands out with its ability to charge up to four batteries simultaneously and sequentially : two batteries are charged at the same time when positioned on opposite sides, while those on the same side are charged one after the other. It also includes a power adapter with a 90W (15V, 6A) 4-pin XLR DC output , providing stable power for cameras and other equipment. Its compact, fanless design makes it a silent charger, perfect for demanding production environments.
