Introducing The Wedge for RED KOMODO 6K

The Wedge is a compact and robust power solution specifically designed for the RED KOMODO 6K camera (OG version) . Available in V-Mount or Gold Mount , this smart battery module connects directly to the camera’s protected DC power port , bypassing the BP pins, ensuring a secure and firmware-unalterable connection.

With its ultra-slim profile of only 26 mm, The Wedge allows easy access to SDI and 9-pin EXT ports, often obstructed by traditional interface boards. It features two unregulated D-Tap ports with recessed positive pins (for a secure connection), one 2-pin LEMO-style output, and one DC input enabling hot-swap via D-Tap or SafeTap cable.

The Wedge is offered in two colors : discreet black or signature red, to match the style or color code of your shooting setup.

Note: This module does not transmit the battery level to the camera, but it is compatible with batteries with an indicator, or with a D-Tap V-TAP voltmeter for direct reading.
