Description

The Wooden Camera L-Mount to PL Pro Adapter allows you to mount PL-mount lenses on Panasonic and Leica L-mount cameras. The mount includes a foot with a 1/4-20 screw for tripod mounting, eliminating stress on the camera. The foot can also be attached directly to the front of the Unified DSLR Cage (Medium) using two included screws. A PL cap is included to prevent dust from entering the sensor area when the lens is not attached.

If you are using the L to PL Pro mount (Panasonic and Leica) without a camera body, you can use the universal support foot of the included Wooden Camera lens adapter to attach it directly to the bottom of your camera and lens mount. This transfers all the weight of the lens mount to the bottom of the camera, preventing any flexing or damage that might occur when using heavier lenses.

The adapter can be connected by loosening six Allen head screws around the collar area, separating the two sections, and adding shims of different colors and thicknesses. The rear focus must be checked using collimation tools or a wide-angle lens focused at infinity.
