Introducing the Rode SC7 TRS cable:
The gold-plated contacts are color-coded, with gray indicating the TRS output. The cable’s color codes match those of the TRS-TRS cable supplied with the VideoMic GO. The black TRS plug should be connected to the VideoMic GO’s output, and the gray TRS plug to the smartphone or tablet.
