Introducing the Sony PVM-X3200
The Sony PVM-X3200 is a high-end 32-inch featuring a premium LCD panel with a brightness of 1000 cd/m² and color matching with the BVM-HX310 4K HDR reference monitor. The monitor is multi-viewable thanks to its four inputs, facilitating group viewing on set or in the studio (as well as installation in 19-inch EIA racks for editing and audio mixing). The Sony PVM-X3200 has 12G-SDI inputs and accepts a Quad-Link 3G-SDI input and a single HD-SDI input for traditional devices. The monitor also supports an HDMI connection for displaying inputs with signal formats ranging from 640×480/60P PC to 4096×2160/60P 4:2:2 YCBCR 12-bit. The PVM-X3200 includes stereo speakers (2W + 2W) with temporary sound suppression.
architecture TRIMASTER ensures accurate color reproduction, precise imaging, and consistent picture quality. The Sony PVM-X3200 features Quad View technology, allowing individual adjustment of EOTF (SDR/HDR), color space, transfer matrix, color temperature, contrast, brightness, user-defined LUT, SDI/HDMI, and RGB/YCBCR for each screen. The menu structure has been significantly improved compared to existing Sony 4K monitors.
