The Blackmagic Design Micro Converter HDMI/SDI 12G (with power supply) is a rugged, compact converter that allows you to connect HDMI cameras or computers to SDI monitors or components (BNC). You can also use multiple units to extend HDMI over long distances using an SDI cable. It features one HDMI input and two 12G-SDI outputs, which can be set to Level A or B when using 3G-SDI. It automatically detects and matches your HDMI input to the SDI output. It supports input/output resolutions up to DCI/UHD 4K60.
The Blackmagic Design Micro Converter HDMI/SDI 12G supports HDMI timecode, SDI re-clocking for stability over long cables, HDMI copy protection, and a wide range of professional broadcast resolutions. Ruggedized in a metal casing, it features LED status indicators for power and signal. A USB Type-C port allows for easy connection and power from monitors, laptops, desktops, or projectors. It also facilitates firmware updates from a Windows or macOS computer. A universal +5V power supply with interchangeable international plugs is included.
