Introducing the Zeiss Supreme Prime 15mm T1.8 (PL, imperial)
The ZEISS Supreme Prime 15mm T1.8 (PL, imperial) lens features an interchangeable PL mount with an imperial distance scale. It is compatible with both full-frame and Super 35 sensors. Focus breathing is minimized thanks to its internal focusing mechanism. The focus ring rotates approximately 300 degrees. The lens is equipped with a 16-blade fluid diaphragm.
The Supreme Prime 15mm offers a T1.8 to T22 aperture range and delivers high-quality images in low light. The smooth transition between in-focus and out-of-focus areas results in pleasing blurring and greater depth of field.
It incorporates Zeiss eXtended Data technology, which allows data to be transferred from the lens to a camera, Master Lockit, or to select other devices via a LEMO cable connection to enable distortion and shading adjustments. This can be done in real time or with a variety of software.
